And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Hebrews 11:6
How much do we miss in our journey of life because our eyes and ears are held down by discouragement, doubt, boredom or just plain unbelief? Faith is sure, hopeful and certain as to what God has said and who he is. Grace that is in Jesus the Christ renews and refreshes our emotions and thinking so that our life is confident that our Lord is in the details of our journey. Faith is not about belief; it is about seeking God, not about what he can do. Today is a day that has never been before nor will come again, may you find joy in seeking him, instead of seeking what he can do. There is no one like the Lord and his presence changes everything. Relax, enjoy and praise him on this day for he has a plan and a future for you that will renew you in all the right ways and blow your hair back.

So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1 NLT
Here in God’s Word is the fact for those who belong to Jesus Christ. This is not a statement of religion or some kind of belief system, it is the reality of the freedom of grace found and given through our Lord. Here is a question, are you weary of guilt? Are you weary of your own condemnation about yourself? Condemnation is the opposite of our salvation that has been given. This grace that has been poured upon us through Christ is freedom not only from sin’s guilt, but also from its enslaving power of condemnation. Those who belong to Jesus the Christ can never be condemned again. That is the meaning of No. In Jesus Christ is where condemnation is not and cannot be found. Today may you celebrate the freedom that is yours given by our Lord. This freedom will bring a great delight to you and those around you. Praise, rejoicing and thanksgiving will always be found in the freedom of his grace. Let it out through your personality.

From his abundance we have all received one gracious blessing after another. For the law was given through Moses, but God’s unfailing love and faithfulness came through Jesus Christ. John 1:16, 17 NLT
Everyone wants to find their worth along their journey through life. Even the thought of being loved gives emotions of being valued and in some sense important, all of which gives feelings of worth. Yet even here our sin nature brings heartache, complaining and at times a desire for something else. We see it all through daily life, with anger, immorality, divorce and unpleasant words of all kinds. Grace changes all things for it is the love of God given through Jesus Christ so that our worth is no longer found in ourselves but in the very nature of God. His love through his grace brings about a new nature within us that puts to rest the fight we have with ourselves. Today may you celebrate his grace and unfailing love for you by allowing yourself the freedom of rest with your emotions about you. You are dearly loved and living in that love is very freeing. In fact, his grace will give you emotions of joy, kindness and encouragement for yourself and for those you meet today.

But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. Romans 5:8 NLT
So much of our time on earth is trying to love and be loved. In other words, we are trying to find that place where life is just plain good and refreshing along our journey. Sometimes we find ourselves in an emotional struggle in our work and at times even in our family. In all this, we discover that those we would hope could find their greatest joy in what we are trying to do, only feel as though life is not what it was meant to be either. It is here where the grace of our Lord makes an emotional impression. For his love is given through his grace and that is without ridicule, embarrassment or shame. His grace gives us the freedom of living our life with his joy, which gives refreshment to others. God's kindness is powerful, his passion for us is immense and his joy is overwhelming. In a condition were we did not care about him he poured out his love on us through Jesus the Christ. Today may you enjoy being his kindness, his passion and his joy to your family, your friends and anyone you meet along the way. You will be the visible and emotional expression of the grace and love of God. So go ahead and enjoy who you are because of his delight in you through Jesus Christ.

But - "When God our Savior revealed his kindness and love, he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit. He generously poured out the Spirit upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior." Titus 3:4-6 NLT
Here we have a refreshing reminder of God’s attitude concerning us. Our natural nature has such a tendency towards condemnation, fear and accusation, so that sometimes we forget the wonder and freedom in and through the grace of God. Think of his attitude that is revealed here with words such as - his kindness, his love, his mercy, he washed away our sins, he gave us new life and he generously poured out his Spirit upon us, WOW! Today may you enjoy his grace in the freedom of his kindness and encouragement. Here you will be free from fretting, worrying, stressing out and fears. In his grace there is assurance, hope and joy that are just overwhelming. This day is a good day for thanksgiving and praise. Through your example everyone around you will see and experience the beauty and refreshment of his new life. His blessings and encouragement are yours.

This is what the LORD says - your Redeemer, who formed you in the womb: I am the LORD who has made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth by myself. Isaiah 44:24
Sometimes along our journey things take place in our lives that in reality, flat out overwhelm us. It may be choices we have made that we wish we would have never made. In fact, sometimes we will think that if there was ever a time we could go back to and change it, it would be that choice. Well here is some very good news. God's grace lets you know that there is nothing that has come your way that he cannot bring out for your good. Grace changes what we love and therefore our choices become, shall we say, a lot more enjoyable. Today enjoy the freedom and power of his grace in your life. This day your choices are covered in grace and therefore you are free from the past condemnation that keeps trying to haunt you. Grace will let you enjoy your life without fear and you will know the joy of being renewed in the love of your Redeemer. There is nothing in your past that he cannot reform for his glory and your blessing. Everyone around you will experience the beauty and freedom of his life through you on this new day.

Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a loyal spirit within me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and make me willing to obey you. Psalm 51:10, 12 NLT
One thing about our natural sinful nature is that it is always seeking self-satisfaction, even when doing what appears to be good for others. One of the great refreshments of God's grace is the desire for a new nature, in which only the Lord can provide. For God's grace does not just forgive our sins, it removes the attitude of me first because of God's love found in and through Jesus the Christ. This not being religious at all, gives a freedom to our thinking and emotions to desire a clean heart, to live our lives in such a way that we become living examples of the joy of his grace. Today allow yourself the freedom of his grace to create a clean heart within you, with expressions of thanksgiving. In this place your joy will overflow and you along with those around you will be refreshed, restored and renewed. You will like this day.

O LORD, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know what I am going to say even before I say it, LORD. Psalm 139:1-4 NLT
For most of the people on the earth their thought of God is less than awesome. So they think of Him as a man like themselves or maybe some kind of idol. Others finally come to their own conclusion that although they can see the creation there cannot be a God who created all this and is greater than themselves. In Isaiah, the Lord says He created the heavens as a tent to dwell in and then He humbled himself and came into the tent. The power of God’s grace in Jesus Christ creates a new heart and mind so that we may rejoice in knowing the Lord knows all about us instead of feelings of condemnation, guilt and shame. Today enjoy your thoughts about what the Lord knows about you and let yourself rejoice knowing He is in all the details of your life. You will experience the freedom of His grace and it will blow your hair back in all the right ways.

You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love. Galatians 5:13
Freedom is wonderful, but the truth is, we do not find it in our sinful nature. Where is the freedom in sexual immorality; where is the freedom in cursing or harsh words; where is the freedom in un-forgiveness; where is the freedom in anger; where is the freedom in drunkenness; where is the freedom in selfish ambition; where is the freedom in a critical attitude; where is the freedom in stress? In these things there is no life, but only some form of condemnation. Well, it is here where you may experience the wonderful grace of God that is in Jesus the Christ. This is a life and a freedom without regret, a life that encourages, blesses and finds expressions of kindness, goodness and faithfulness. Today may you know the freedom of his grace in how you feel and think. No one will be upset because of your varied expressions of grace and love for them. Your family, your work and your community will never be the same when you live in his grace.

Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the ocean depths. You care for people and animals alike, O LORD. How precious is your unfailing love, O GOD! All humanity finds shelter in the shadow of your wings. Psalm 36:6,7 NLT
The beauty of the grace that is given in Jesus the Christ is that it gives us a new nature, a refreshing view of life around us. We can see our world and the situations we find ourselves in, in a brand new way. His grace gives us the assurance that He is with us and completely aware of where we are and in that place we find a joy that goes beyond just believing. Grace gives us the wonderful experience of knowing that we are loved and therefore the details of our life will bring glory to God and refreshment to us, as well as those around us. How precious is your unfailing love, O GOD! Today let the grace of God put away your stress, anxiety and old habits of thinking that are less than a blessing to you or to others. Enjoy the expressions of grace that are yours in Jesus the Christ and then give them away to everyone you meet. You will be so blessed that you will hardly be able to contain yourself. Your family, work place, church and community will never be the same. This day will be overwhelmed by grace and you will be refreshed in how you feel and think. Enjoy!

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." Psalm 91:1,2
No matter who we are, no matter what our education, no matter what our wealth and no matter what our nationality is, sometime along our journey death comes to us. It may be the death of our career, our money, our desires, our marriage, our friends or our family. It is right here where grace in Jesus the Christ can make a difference in our sorrow. Grace is God's love that is alive and can refresh and renew our emotions and thoughts right in the midst of heart ache. Death does happen, but grace lets us know that it is not the end of the journey. Today may you rejoice in his love with thanksgiving and praise no matter where you may be found. His grace is a place of rest and will renew your emotions and thoughts. I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before God made anything at all and is supreme over all creation. Colossians 1:15 NLT
The word “gospel” means good news and the good news is that what God promised he has brought to pass in his son. In Proverbs, good news lifts the spirit, if you will, brings to life. The good news is that God loves us and has demonstrated it visibly through Jesus Christ. In this news we find life and health for our journey with our family, our friends and those we work with. We can see that the by-product of the gospel is to bring about the nature of God in our lives and this is his grace. The freedom of his grace lets those around us see the beauty of the nature of God through our lives. Today may you enjoy this freedom of grace in how you see your opportunities. Let your decisions and goals be visible expressions of the grace of God. May your family and friends be blessed with the attitudes of Christ through you. In this place your days will be a kick in the pants.

Imitate God, therefore in everything you do because you are his dear children. Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity or greed among you. Such sins have no place among God’s people. Obscene stories, foolish talk, and course jokes – these are not for you. Instead, let there be thankfulness to God. Ephesians 5:1, 3, 4 NLT
What is commonly called salvation in Jesus the Christ is the freedom that his grace gives to our character. If the things listed here in God’s Word were so outstanding, we would have stayed in them and rejected the life of his grace. Here we can experience the refreshing nature of grace as it renews our values, our thinking, our emotions and our attitudes towards God, family, friends and co-workers. Today may you celebrate the freedom you have in his grace to live with the attitudes and emotions of thanksgiving. Here, you and everyone around you will experience a delight in relationships with the Lord and each other. As you live in the freedom of his grace, no one around you will be irritated, including you. Kindness and integrity will just be who you are.

For the sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over many. But even greater is God's wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one man, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:17 NLT
There is a beautiful gift given to us in and through Jesus the Christ. It is not just some kind of forgiveness so that we may continue in our addictions to our old sins. There will always be a great contrast between what once we were and what now by the grace of God we are. God's grace is his love given in power, by which he grants total exemption from judgment to men and women who were guilty and condemned because of their sin. Grace has nothing to do with our worthiness or what we have done or failed to do. This is the wow of salvation, a life full of freedom, encouragement, with attitudes and actions that bless us and those around us. Today may your life bring praise and glory to the one who called you by his grace. May you rejoice in this life in Jesus the Christ that is eternal and as you delight in him may you discover what it means to give glory to his name.

As Jesus and the disciples continued on their way to Jerusalem, they came to a certain village where a woman named Martha welcomed them into her home. Her sister, Mary, sat at the Lord's feet. But Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, "Lord, doesn't it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me. But the Lord said to her, "My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details! There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her." Luke 10:38-42 NLT
Worship is that one thing that is needed for our good. It comes when we enjoy the Lord and live with an attitude of thanksgiving. For without these, there can be no worship of the Lord and therefore we will not sense his freedom of grace. What we experience is the emotions of condemnation in all its forms, about others, about ourselves and at times even about the Lord. Worshiping the Lord puts all the details of life in proper perspective. Today may you allow his grace the freedom of expression through your words, your attitudes and your work. In this place there is no complaining, no stress and no mistrust. Here you will experience his freedom in all the details of your life and it is called grace. Enjoy!

No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other, you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money. That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life. Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? Seek the kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. Matthew 6:24,25,27,33
From the beginning of creation our first parents, Adam and Eve began to reason within themselves that their logic and understanding was better than what God had said. It was there that the battles began with God and with each other. Men and Women all over the world are still suffering from this logic and understanding. Many times we find ourselves much more devoted to what we feel and what is in our hand than what we know the Lord has said. It is in this condition that grace can overwhelm us, so that what is in our hand does not own our emotions or our understanding. Grace gives a great freedom of delighting in our Lord no matter where we may be found. May you know and experience today the blessings of grace, where you will find no worry, no stress, no forms of envy and no tension. Let his grace bathe your heart and mind with the freedom of rejoicing in the Lord.

This is what the LORD Almighty says: “Administer true justice; show mercy and compassion to one another. Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, the alien or the poor. In your hearts do not think evil of each other.” Zechariah 7:9,10
It seems that the nature of all mankind is to be very self-absorbed as it matures. It does not matter if it is our marriage, our education, our career or even our retirement. There are no laws or set of standards that can change this nature, which has been seen throughout history. Just look at the wars, the divorces, the crimes or even all the swear words. But in this condition God gave his grace through Jesus Christ, not to fine tune our old nature, but to give us his nature. In grace there is great freedom, no monkey on our backs, no elephants in the room and best of all no regret. Grace gives joy and can put a smile in our soul in some of the most difficult opportunities. Today enjoy the grace and mercy of our Lord that is in you. Relax and embrace his kindness that is now yours. Take a deep breath from his word today and then go out and live in the freedom of who you now are because of his grace that renewed you.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name. Psalm 100:4 NLT Our natural nature seems to be birthed in condemnation, which is very self-focused. In that condition we can find ourselves easily angry, annoyed, irritated and easily having feelings of being criticized. With that nature living thankful and praising the Lord is something to do, which is just one more task along our journey. Grace changes our entire situation. It puts God's love right into the center of our lives, changes our values and how we see ourselves. In that condition, thanksgiving and praise are not one more thing to do, it is who we are. Living our journey in thanksgiving and praise to our Lord lets us encourage, bless, be considerate and esteem others as more important than ourselves. Today, may you absolutely enjoy his grace that has set you free from the control of your old nature. Grace is stress and tension free and that will give you a good day. Those around you will feel important, encouraged and refreshed. His grace lets thanksgiving and rejoicing just be who you are.
