For the sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over many. But even greater is God's wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one man, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:17 NLT
There is a beautiful gift given to us in and through Jesus the Christ. It is not just some kind of forgiveness so that we may continue in our addictions to our old sins. There will always be a great contrast between what once we were and what now by the grace of God we are. God's grace is his love given in power, by which he grants total exemption from judgment of any kind to men and women who were guilty and condemned because of their sin. Grace has nothing to do with our worthiness and based on nothing we have done or failed to do. This is the wow of salvation, a life full of freedom, encouragement, with attitudes and actions that bless us and those around us. On this new day may your life bring praise and glory to the one who called you by his grace. Let yourself rejoice in this life in Jesus the Christ that is eternal and as you delight in him may you discover what it means to be refreshed and renewed in him through all the details of your life.

I say to myself, "The LORD is my portion; therefore I will wait for him." The LORD is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him. Lamentations 3:24-25
What a wonderful journey life is, even with all its highs and lows. The joy of falling in love and finding that someone else loves you as much as you love them. Wow, what a refreshing time that is, and as wonderful as that is, it gets even better with age. When our Lord becomes a reality to us instead of some kind of belief or religious system, his grace begins a refreshing renewal in our heart and mind. Let us remember that his grace is his love expressed and given without condemnation, ridicule or overwhelming sorrow. With grace we find the joy of giving more than receiving and now our thinking and emotions can really enjoy our journey. On this new day may you enjoy the Lord as your portion, knowing how much he loves and enjoys you. May everyone you meet see and hear your hope and joy in him and allow your soul be filled with thanksgiving. His grace will do things through your life and speech that will blow your hair back and it will feel like you have lost weight.

One of the beautiful things along our journey through life is when we feel something with all the emotion of our heart. This is not an academic statement, it is something that touches the very fiber of our being. The beauty of God's grace is that it takes our belief in the Lord from the academic into a relationship with him that touches the very soul of who we are. Grace impacts our heart like nothing else can and in this place our desires and emotions become free to express and receive love, kindness and encouragement without the feeling of embarrassment. Here our marriage, our children and our relationships are refreshed in ways that cause us to praise and give thanks to the Lord. On this new day that has been given to you as a gift from the Lord, may you enjoy this freedom of his grace. May your heart be refreshed and encouraged along this new journey and may he then give to you the desires of your heart as you delight yourself in his grace. In this place there is no regret or sorrow.

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things. Philippians 4:8
What we think about most really does determine how we see our life and how we feel about it. Someone once said – “It isn’t what you have, or what you are, or where you are, or what you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy. It is what you think about.” God’s grace not only saves, but it gives us life so that we may have the freedom to process our moments in ways that will refresh and renew our lives as well as those around us. Grace takes the Word of God and lives it in real time, in and through the details of our journey. On this new day that has never been before, take the Word of God and speak out loud what you know is true because God cannot lie. Your emotions, your intellect and your future will be overwhelmed in all the right ways and you will know it as grace.

All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4 NLT
Sometimes in the journey of our life things happen that cause our thinking and our emotions a lot of pain. When this happens it seems so natural for stress to begin to take over our thinking, our feelings and even our sleep. This natural stress never seems to bless us or change our circumstances. But God is and will always be the source of all comfort. It is through his grace that he reveals his love and encouragement to us in some of the most difficult times. Comfort begins to renew our thinking and our emotions which brings a sense of peace in difficult times. On this new day let your faith through grace have its beautiful way with the details of your life. Comfort is yours and when enjoyed, allows you the joy of blessing others wherever you find them. Your life will be the visible actions of his encouragement, his kindness and his comfort and all this will bless your socks off.

All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them! Psalm 139:16,17
One of the great beauties of God's grace is that it gives us the ability to relax and rejoice all at the same time. Living overwhelmed by his grace gives us better hearing, of what is really around us and much better vision as to the situations we are walking through. Grace changes our values and choices, which automatically impact our attitude for the day we find ourselves in. Living in a grace condition removes fears, anxiety and much of our mistrust about others. It gives the freedom to know that our Lord is involved in the smallest details of our journey and therefore we do not need to be anxious or irritated so easily and we can enjoy encouraging others along their journey as we have been encouraged by our Lord. On this new day let his grace be precious to you and enjoy his attitude of kindness as it will be expressed through you. You will be pleased at the way you process info and so will those around you. This is a good day to smile and give thanks to the one who has overwhelmed you with his kindness and enjoy his thoughts, bringing praise and refreshment through you.

Something happens to us when the Lord is not just a thought or some kind of belief system. When his grace touches our lives we begin a relational journey with him that impacts our goals, our desires, our thinking and our emotions. His grace brings our soul to life just as yeast would impact dough. Once the yeast has been put into the dough, the dough will never be the same. So is the grace that is given in and through Jesus the Christ. Grace begins the journey of enjoying the Lord and its by-products impact our family. Grace changes our focus and gives us the freedom of giving encouragement, blessings and praise. In this place there is no irritations. On this new day may you allow his grace to express his life through your actions, your words, your goals and your money. Your enjoyment of the Lord will bring praise and rejoicing to him and be of a great delight to you and those who know you best. So go ahead and express yourself in the fragrance of his grace. Enjoy!

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. Romans 8:28, 29
Grace in Jesus the Christ brings a freedom and a joy that is contagious through our journey. Grace does not just forgive and save us from our sins, it saves us from ourselves. If salvation in Jesus the Christ means anything, it must work where sin begins, not merely where it ends. It changes us at our very foundation so that we are no longer suspicious, hateful, jealous, stingy or moody. God's grace does not just deal with a record book; it refreshes, renews and gives freedom to the foundation of our character. On this new day may you feel the freedom of grace in every detail of your journey. May you notice the joy in your tone of voice and the expression of your face are gifts of grace. Your hope and encouragement are the results of delighting in the freedom of being conformed to the character of Christ. Go ahead, enjoy!

Now that does sound like some kind of a relationship that longs after God. We are probably living in some of the greatest educational times in history. For most of us, we work hard to accomplish much and yet even with all this accomplishment we see our families, our businesses, our communities and even our churches somehow being stressed, even though we are believing the right things. But no matter where we are found, God’s grace changes everything. In grace there is no stress and no anxiety. In fact, living in the grace of Jesus the Christ can cultivate a relationship with God our Father that becomes more refreshing, more exciting and more loving along our journey. On this new day may his grace give you the joy of longing after Him. In this place all things become new and your journey will become expressions of all kinds of joy to you and to those you meet. Today, enjoy the living God.

Now Joshua was dressed in filthy clothes as he stood before the angel. The angel said to those who were standing before him, "Take off his filthy clothes." Then he said to Joshua, "See, I have taken away your sin, and I will put beautiful garments on you. Zechariah 3:3, 4
Here we see a beautiful picture of God's grace towards us. Grace removes our filthy garments which is our own activities in sin, not someone else's. His grace cleanses, refreshes and renews our soul, our mind and our body. Notice without any ridicule, condemnation or shame. What our Lord does in and through Jesus the Christ brings a delightful blessing to us as well as those around us. In this place our life becomes new again and we find our thoughts and emotions discovering the beauty of life one more time. On this new day may you be blessed with this beautiful garment of grace that is yours. Living in his grace has no regret at all. In fact words, actions and tones of grace will renew and refresh your life as well as those you meet. Here, life becomes a brand new journey. Enjoy!

You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. For God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:6,8
Sometimes there just seems to be so many emotional storms through life. If I was just a little older, if I was just a little younger, if I was just a little thinner, if I just was a little heavier, if I just was married, if I just felt important. These are moments where condemnation and what we know as peer pressure arise and many times begin to direct the course of our lives in ways that are less than stellar. But in the midst of all the details of our lives God demonstrates his love for us, right where we are, usually not right where we want to be. If in your life you have ever felt powerless, ungodly or what can be known as a sinner, know it this place Jesus the Christ gives you his grace, which is his love without any condemnation of any kind. May your new day be filled with his love, his kindness, his delight and his blessing. You are either a man or woman of God because of the grace in Jesus the Christ. You are no longer powerless, you are no longer ungodly. In fact you are now the demonstration of the blessing of God to your family, your friends and your neighbors. It is the right time to enjoy!

Sometimes through our journey in this life we find ourselves thinking life is much more complicated than it was intended to be. Let’s just suppose the grace of God in Jesus the Christ is real and is not that complicated. Here in his grace there is no condemnation of any kind, no bitterness of any kind, no resentment of any kind and no mistrust of any kind. His grace gives a beautiful voice to mercy and faith so we may begin to live life in a freedom that can be called joyful. So on this new day that has been given to you as a gift, relax in the beauty of his grace and mercy. Let your thinking and emotions enjoy your life in him without fear or anxiety. There is a natural fragrance that will be yours in the grace and mercy of our Lord, it is called thanksgiving. Everyone around you will be blessed because you are now the expression of his grace and mercy. Enjoy!

So I decided there is nothing better than to enjoy food and drink and to find satisfaction in work. Then I realized that these pleasures are from the hand of God. For who can eat or enjoy anything apart from him? Ecclesiastes 2:24,25
He gives us taste buds to enjoy and delight in eating and drinking. He gives us vision and hearing to enjoy and delight in his creation. He gives us his grace so that we may enjoy and delight in a relationship with him and others without feelings of insecurity. What happens in the noise and busyness of our time is that we have a tendency to forget that his grace is relational and refreshing. In those moments we forget who he is and who we are in him. On this new day may you find yourself choosing to enjoy what is around you with a heart of thanksgiving to the Lord. Go ahead and bless everyone that you come in contact with and your life will be a beautiful fragrance that brings delights to those around you.

God saved you by his grace through faith. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. Ephesians 2:8,9 NLT
Whatever may be true about sin and whatever has happened to all of us because of it, God has done infinitely greater by his grace through Jesus the Christ. Where sin increased with all its forms of condemnation, right there grace overwhelmed with joy and freedom. Grace is the power of God’s love given to us all in and through Jesus the Christ. It is only grace that could make sin yield. The result of grace upon our life is faith and therefore faith becomes the first result of the new life bestowed. Here the healing from all our condemnation begins. This really is a gift worth opening, it will refresh your life forever. On this new day know that you are free to enjoy being loved, valued and honored because of God’s grace. Here your heartaches have a place to be made whole; your past will no longer be the ruin of today. You might just find yourself smiling right down to the depth of your soul. God’s freedom of grace is yours, enjoy!

Do not let sin control the way you live; do not give in to sinful desires. Do not let any part of your body become an instrument of evil to serve sin. Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace. Romans 6:12-14 NLT
Here is the freedom of God’s salvation. Legal obedience was never the condition for our salvation or freedom. God never saved us by law. What the requirements of the law had to do with our salvation was to provide the way for sin to express itself so that we might see our condition and enter into God’s grace through Jesus the Christ. In this place condemnation leaves the room because salvation has nothing to do with human merit, it is given in the freedom of God’s grace. God never withholds grace because of sin; in fact grace is the infinite flow of perfect love. On this new day may you celebrate the freedom of grace in your desires, your emotions and your conclusions. Grace will and has provided the way for all wounds to be healed so that you may enjoy the beauty of who you are in and through Jesus the Christ. Rejoicing, peace and encouragement are yours know and forever.

God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. 2 Corinthians 9:8
There is something absolutely beautiful and enjoyable when we find ourselves in a place where we are loved and respected. In this place there is no stress, anxiety or feeling of walking on egg shells. We find ourselves relaxed and refreshed so that we have the freedom of expression, especially the giving of gifts of encouragement, blessings in the details of individual lives and helping in however we can, even financially. God's grace allows us the freedom to live this way 24/7. Wow! Talk about being refreshed, how about actually living in a place, no matter where we are found, where love is given and expressed without condemnation of any kind. Grace puts a smile in what we say and in what we do. On this new day, that has never been nor will come again may you find yourself overwhelmed with his grace. Praise and thanksgiving will naturally flow from your mouth as well as your hands. What you find to do today will bring joy to you as well as everyone around you. God's grace just makes a good day and allows you to see and hear with new eyes and ears. Feel free to have tones in your voice and expressions from your face that cause others to be refreshed as you have by his grace.

There is something outstanding about relationships that are truly joyful and filled with compassion. In moments like these we are overwhelmed with gladness and find our world a little bit better no matter where we are. Well, the grace of God that is given in Jesus the Christ is like that. Grace changes everything from just thoughts or beliefs into a real enjoyable relationship with our Lord that will blow your hair back in all the right ways. Freshness, goodness and joy are always around when grace is welcomed into our lives. On this new day may you enjoy the results of a relationship with our Lord that is filled with his grace. Although you cannot even imagine what he is preparing for you, may you sense his grace in your life that is worry free and always ready to give you encouragement and kindness. Being overwhelmed by his grace sets your heart free to enjoy blessing and being encouragement to those around you. All things are new today and you have been given the freedom to smile, relax and celebrate his love and grace in you. Those you meet today will be refreshed and blessed by your attitude and presence. He will keep you strong to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. God, who has called you into fellowship with his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, is faithful. 1 Corinthians 1:8,9
The beauty of the life that is given to us in Jesus the Christ is a freedom to rejoice and relax in the midst of our journey. The power of his grace is that we will be in his presence someday and in that place we will be blameless because of Christ. This being true, for God cannot lie, lets us encourage instead of being irritated. Bless instead of cursing, trust instead of being suspicious. The joy of knowing we will be blameless, is that he keeps us strong in and through the storms of life. Grace is always refreshing and therefore allows a positive perspective which can be seen as joy. On this new day may you experience the strength of his grace. May your old habits that do not take you where you hoped to go, be lost in the life of his grace. The habit of grace in your life will bring a delightful attitude, a refreshing emotion and wonderful thoughts about God, you and those around you. Today, may those who come in contact with you sense the fragrance of Grace.

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. Romans 5:1, 2
How many tears have been shed along our journey through life because of our own sins or the sins of others? In a sense, sin puts a weight upon our soul that makes us feel and think in ways that do not refresh our lives. The beauty of what has been given through faith in Jesus the Christ is that we have gained access into this grace. Think of the invitation to walk into a room of grace. Here everything is alive and because of Christ it is ours. In this room there are no dead things such as anger, lust, regret, wounds that never heal, bitterness and all kinds of irritations. For these things have no access into the room of God’s grace. No, in the room of God’s grace everything on every shelf is good, alive and a blessing. Here you find joy, healing, gentleness, kindness, peace, patience, love and all kinds of encouragement. The blessing, they belong to us because of the beauty of Jesus the Christ. On this new day may you enjoy your freedom into this room of grace. As our Lord has said, the door is open to you, now and forever, so that you may enjoy your freedom in him. Here all wounds can be healed and your rejoicing can become just who you are.

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. Romans 5:1,2
How many of us seem to struggle as to who we are? Many times we do not seem to even sense peace within ourselves, let along our families or the work place. Peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ puts relationships at rest. First with God, with the result impacting our family, our friends and even the work place. This does not mean there will be no conflict. This peace allows us to forgive well and at times to ask for forgiveness without the feelings of embarrassment. This being the case, yesterday does not ruin today because our relationships are at peace as far as it depends on us because of the grace of God in Jesus the Christ. Then we discover in our journey that this is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118:24. This is the freedom given to all in Jesus the Christ and it is called grace. On this new day let your heart and your mind rejoice in this relaxing freedom. Your eyes will see much clearer, your ears will hear more beautiful sounds and your soul will be just plain happy. This is what has been given for you through our Lord Jesus Christ.

The thought of my suffering and homelessness is bitter beyond words. I will never forget this awful time, as I grieve over my loss. Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this: The faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. Lamentations 3:19-23 NLT
No matter who we are, no matter how much money, education or talent we have, we all have moments of sorrow and suffering. These storms may be for a day, they may be for a week or so and sometimes they last for a season. In this place, many of us grieve over our loss. But right here in the midst of the storm the fragrance of hope comes and begins to renew us, not because of the storm, but because of the one who loves us without shaming us or ridicule. The mercies of our Lord that begin afresh each morning are word, tones and actions of grace. Here hope, tenderness and compassion are found and we begin to be renewed. On this new morning may your hope in the beauty and grace of our Lord allow you the joy that has no regret. No matter where you have been, for whatever season, know you are loved and his grace and mercy are yours this morning. His blessings are yours today.
