Always be full of joy in the Lord.  I say it again – Rejoice.  Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.  Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.  Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand.  His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.  Philippians 4:4, 6. 7 NLT

Has anyone every told you that if you let God’s grace penetrate your heart you will be able to live a worry free existence? Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace. If we follow the freedom of thinking found in God’s Word, once knowing Jesus Christ, his grace will free us to relax and be able to find refreshment in all the opportunities of life.  In place of worry, stress, anxiety, shame, guilt or just plain old condemnation, start spending time rejoicing in his grace and you will discover joy in some of the most difficult places. Always be full of joy in the Lord.  I say it again – Rejoice! With grace in place, thanksgiving becomes natural and our Lord will put a guard at the door of your emotions called peace.  Today choose rejoicing over worry and let your emotions celebrate our Lord. The joy of the Lord will refresh the moments of your journey so that you’re thinking and emotions are free from worry.  His peace will guard your heart and your mind as you live in Christ Jesus. Enjoy!

Let all that I am praise the LORD; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name.  Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me.  Psalm 103:1, 2 NLT

There is a completely different attitude between our sinful nature and the nature of grace.  When the grace of God penetrates the human soul a transformation takes place.  Let all that I am praise the LORD; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. Many people believe all the right things about the LORD, but the grace of God that comes through faith has not entered into their soul and therefore they continue in a most horrible struggle about themselves, people around them and even God.  But when the gift of God’s grace has been received there is a definite new life.  Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me.  Today, stop, think and feel what the grace of God has done for you.  May it be said from this day forward, when someone uses your name they describe you as someone who praises the LORD with your whole heart.  Enjoy!

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.

2 Timothy 2:15

There is something wonderful that happens within us when we know we are at our best.  Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved. Well, the outcome of God’s grace that is given through Jesus the Christ is a life that can be seen, which correctly handles the word of God.  Grace is eternal life without any form of condemnation about ourselves and therefore others.  Grace gives a rebirth to our character which obviously affects our emotions and thinking, this is a wonderful example of a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.    As you begin this day allow your emotions to express praise to God.  Believe what you know our Lord says about you. To do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, is the strength of God’s grace in you. Smile right down to the depth of your soul and your life will be the voice and the character of living the word of truth. Enjoy!

Just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.  Romans 6:4

New life always blesses us.  It can be the birth of our children, grandchildren or even our great grandchildren.  In those moments we find ourselves celebrating with great joy, no matter what we may personally be going through.  Ever notice the joy of children when they are around puppies?  Well, Just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.  Here is a question – “what is the truth of the resurrection?”  The resurrection proclaims the glory and power of God’s grace.  It was a public announcement that the reign of sin and death has been broken.  In his grace we now have been given a new life, not a reconditioned life.  Today rejoice because of his grace that has been given to you.  The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. Just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, you too have been given new life so that you may now experience His joy.  Grace lets your emotions and thoughts be refreshed so that you are choosing to celebrate in your new life.  Enjoy!

Let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him.  For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ's blood to make us clean.

Hebrews 10:22 NLT

Sometimes through life we have some kind of thought that God is not interested in how we feel.  That feeling or thought is real, but it is not telling us the truth.  Right here we have in God's Word the results of his grace working in our lives. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean.  We are invited to come into his presence with all our emotions and intellect, knowing he has taken all of our guilty conscience out of our life because of the blood of Christ.  Today, choose to enjoy your journey of grace and go right into his presence with a guilt free conscience because of the grace of Christ.  As you do, fell free to celebrate with the attitude of thanksgiving, it will release joy. Let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him.  Enjoy!

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.  I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."  Psalm 91:1, 2

No matter who we are, no matter what our education, no matter what our wealth and no matter what our nationality is, sometime along our journey through life death comes to us all.  It may be the death of our career, our money, our desires, our marriage, our friends, our family or eventually our lives.  But right here is where grace in Jesus Christ can make a difference. He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.  Grace is God's love being experienced; it can bring a new creation to our emotions and our thoughts right in the midst of a heart ache.  Death does happen and in fact it will happen, but grace lets us know that it is not the end of the story.  Today rejoice in his love, allowing yourself to express words of thanksgiving no matter where you may be found, to the one who has poured out his grace upon you.  His grace is your place of rest.

“I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."   Enjoy!

A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.  Proverbs 15:1 NIV

Think of all the moments and relationships that could have been refreshed if someone was willing to speak with kindness and gentleness.  Think of how many fights, quarrels and divorces that would not have happened if words and actions of grace had been heard and seen.  A gentle answer turns away wrath.  Imagine how many relationships could start to be healed if someone who is acquainted with God’s grace begins to act like it.  God’s grace is his power in the human soul to live in the freedom of life that is called eternal.  Today, choose to live your life in the freedom of his grace.  Everything around you will begin a new journey when you are the image of His grace.  Your day will begin to refresh those who come in contact with you.  There will be no sorrow because of your words of kindness, mercy and grace.  Enjoy!

But King David replied to Araunah, “No, I insist on paying the full price.  I will not take for the LORD what is yours, or sacrifice a burnt offering that costs me nothing.”

1 Chronicles 21:24

When grace has been given and received, then faith becomes alive and it will have a great impact on all our relationships.  You see that God’s grace changes everything from what we believe about God to how we respond to those around us. But King David replied to Araunah, “No, I insist on paying the full price. I will not take for the LORD what is yours.  The Lord is not a religion, a set of standards or a belief system, He is life itself.  This being true means the sacrifice of Jesus Christ was not something to help us, but it was given so that we might know and have life as he is! Allowing his grace to live and express itself in us, gives us a life even with all its opportunities, the privilege of living with joy, kindness, patience and encouragement.  All of which impact our relationships with goodness. Today let the freedom of His grace live in your emotions and thoughts.  Those you meet will experience life through you as our Lord intended and you will have the sweet relief of experiencing his grace.  Enjoy!

As Jesus and the disciples continued on their way to Jerusalem, they came to a certain village where a woman named Martha welcomed them into her home.  Her sister, Mary, sat at the Lord's feet.  But Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing.  She came to Jesus and said, "Lord, doesn't it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work?  Tell her to come and help me.  But the Lord said to her, "My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details!  There is only one thing worth being concerned about.  Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her."  Luke 10:38-42 NLT

Have you ever been described as easily distracted, easily worried and easily upset? Well, God’s grace in Jesus Christ can change all of that. Grace will let you discover a love that expresses itself in delighting in the Lord, it is known as worship.  Worship is that one thing that is needed to be discovered for a good and healthy attitude.  Without grace we experience the emotions of stress in all its forms. You are worried and upset over all these details!  Worshiping the Lord puts all the details of life in proper perspective.  Today let his grace live through you and let it be expressed through your attitudes, thoughts and your actions.  In a life of grace there is no grouchiness or stress.  Here you will experience his joy in all the minutiae of your life and again that is called grace.  Enjoy!

For the sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over many.  But even greater is God's wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one man, Jesus Christ.

Romans 5:17 NLT

There is a living gift called grace given to us through Jesus the Christ.  It is not just some kind of forgiveness, But even greater is God’s wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness.  Righteousness will always bring a great contrast between what once we were and what now by the grace of God we are. For all who receive it will live in triumph over sin.  God's righteousness is a life delivered from the guilt and the mastery of our own sin.  It is a life with new emotions, new attitudes of encouragement and new actions that bless for all who receive it.  Today may everything in your life bring praise and thanksgiving for God’s wonderful grace.  Let yourself rejoice in this life in Jesus Christ that is eternal and as you delight in him may you experience triumph over your own sin.  Enjoy!
