All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.  How precious to me are your thoughts, O God!  How vast is the sum of them! Psalm 139:16,17 NIV

One of the great benefits of God's grace is that it gives us the ability to relax and rejoice all at the same time. How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! Living overwhelmed by his grace gives us better hearing, of what is really around us and much better vision as to the situations we are walking through.  Grace changes are values and choices which automatically impact our attitude for the day we find ourselves in.  Living in a grace condition removes fears, anxiety and much of our mis-trust about others.  It gives the freedom to know that our Lord is involved in the smallest details of our journey and therefore we do not need to be anxious or irritated so easily and we can enjoy encouraging others along their journey as we have been encouraged by our Lord.  All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.  On this new day let his grace be precious to you and enjoy his attitude of kindness as it will be expressed through you.  You will be pleased at the way you process info and so will those around you.  This is a good day to smile and give thanks to the one who has overwhelmed you with his kindness and enjoy his thoughts, bringing praise and refreshment through you. How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them!  Enjoy!

I will sing to the LORD as long as I live.  I will praise my God to my last breath! May all my thoughts be pleasing to him, for I rejoice in the LORD.  Let all that I am praise the LORD.  Psalm 104:33 - 35 NLT

Something happens to us when the Lord is not just a thought or some kind of belief system within us.  When his grace touches our lives we begin a relational journey with him that impacts our goals, our desires, our thinking and our emotions. His grace brings our soul to life just as yeast would impact dough. Once the yeast has been put into the dough, the dough will never be the same. I will sing to the LORD as long as I live.  I will praise my God to my last breath! So is the grace that is given in and through Jesus the Christ. Grace begins the journey of enjoying the Lord and its by-products impact our family, our friends and our community. Grace changes our focus and gives us the freedom of giving encouragement, blessings and praise. May all my thoughts be pleasing to him.  In this place there is no irritations and no thoughts of condemnation, now how cool is that!!!  On this new day may you allow his grace to express his life  in and through your actions, your words, your goals and your money. Your enjoyment of the Lord will bring praise and rejoicing to him and be of a great delight to you and those who know you best. So go ahead and express yourself in the fragrance of his grace. Enjoy!

I hear about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints.  I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith, so that you will have full understanding of every good thing we have in Christ.

Philemon 5, 6 NIV

One of the magnificent wonders of God’s grace is his giving of a living faith.  It is not a belief system or set of standards by which we judge ourselves as well as others.  But a faith that lives in us and can be recognized as a love for people.  This faith is very real, in fact it is called – Your Faith. Let’s face it, most people know us by what is ours.  So, if faith in Jesus the Christ is actually yours, the Word of God says – “I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith.”  Faith that is active is filled with love and joy, it is very refreshing to everyone around.  This activity opens the door so that you may begin to understand every good thing you have in Jesus Christ.  Today, relax and let your living faith express itself so naturally that you and everyone else will be refreshed in the midst of your journey.  This is a good day for joy in sharing your faith in Jesus Christ.  Enjoy

If you, O LORD, kept a record of sins, O LORD, who could stand?  But with you there is forgivenessPsalm 130:3,4

Sometimes in our life, we become record keepers of others sins and even our own sins.  In this condition forgiveness is hard to ask for and even harder to give.  Our emotions seemed to be overwhelmed with all the wrong memories. Yet the One who has the right to keep good records doesn’t because of His Grace. If you, O LORD, kept a record of sins, O LORD, who could stand? Grace in Jesus the Christ removes the record of our sins by giving to us the love of God without any condemnation about ourselves or others.  In grace there is a life that refreshes us right down to the depth of our soul. But with you there is forgiveness.  Today be willing to enjoy this life of forgiveness that is yours through the grace found in Jesus the Christ.  Let all who come in contact with you feel the freedom of your joy in His grace.  God fully intended that his grace would overwhelm you in all the right ways and joy, kindness along with all kinds of encouragement will be the results of grace in you.  That is just what grace does in a man or a woman who is willing to receive it.  Enjoy!

If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened' but God has surely listened and heard my voice in prayer.  Praise be to God , who has not rejected my prayer or witheld his love from me.

Psalm 66:18-20 NIV

Grace is God’s gift to us so that sin no longer has the power to destroy our emotions, our intellect or our relationships.  Sin in all its forms brings about a condemnation concerning ourselves and others, therefore our prayers, our desires and our goals in that condition are not listened to by our Lord.  In the beauty of grace I will not cherished sin in my heart,  grace brings life that is the freedom to live without fear, without bitterness, without regret towards ourselves and those around us. But God has surely listened and heard my voice in prayer. This freedom releases the fragrance of grace so that we, as well as those who know us, experience the wonderful sensations of joy, encouragement and all kinds of blessings.  Today may all the freedoms of his grace bring to you the joy of praise, the joy of thanksgiving and even the joy of delighting.  Let his love overwhelm you in how you see yourself and it will naturally flow through you to everyone around you.  This is a very good new day; our Lord loves the sound of your voice. Enjoy!

My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge.  Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to him for God is our refuge. Psalm 62:7, 8

Many times along our journey we will have situations arise that are less than outstanding, in fact they are downright difficult.  We wonder what others are thinking about us or if only we had made a better decision or maybe if we only had the freedom of more money we could finally sense some personal satisfaction.  Well, God’s grace found through Jesus the Christ is much more powerful, much more refreshing and much more renewing than anything else.  My salvation and my honor depend on God. It is the truth that freedom emotionally and intellectually is in that life that is called eternal.  Here faith is not a belief system, it is a confidence in God that releases thanksgiving and praise right in the middle of life’s storms.  Today has been given to you, may you know for sure that your salvation, your honor and your freedom are secure in the grace of Christ.  A refuge is a place of blessing and your refuge is not in a location, it is in the very life of God.  Pour out your heart to him and get ready to rejoice.  Enjoy!

Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him, praise his name. Psalm 100:4 NIV

Our natural nature is birthed in feelings of condemnation concerning others and ourselves.  In that condition we can find ourselves easily annoyed, irritated, criticized and at times embarrassed.  When living like that, giving thanksgiving and praise is something to do and it feels like it is just one more task along our journey.  Grace changes the entire situation.  It puts God's love right into the center of our lives and changes our values.  In grace praising his name is not one more thing to do, it is who we are.  Living our journey in thanksgiving and praise to our Lord lets us encourage, bless, be considerate and esteem others as more important than ourselves.  Today, may you absolutely enjoy his grace that has set you free from the condemnation of your old nature.  Go ahead and enter his gateshis grace will renew your emotions and let thanksgiving and rejoicing be your gift to those who come into contact with you today.  Enjoy!

You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.  For God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.  Romans 5:6,8 NIV

Sometimes there just seems to be so many emotional storms through life.  If I was just a little older, if I was just a little younger, if I was just a little thinner, if I just was a little heavier, if I just was married, if I just felt important.  These are moments where condemnation and what we know as peer pressure arise and many times begin to direct the course of our lives in ways that are less than stellar.  But in the midst of all the details of our lives God demonstrates his love for us, (While we were still sinners, Christ died for us,) right where we are, usually not right where we want to be.  If in your life you have ever felt powerless, ungodly or what can be known as a sinner, know it this place Jesus the Christ gives you his grace, which is his love without any condemnation of any kind.  May your new day be filled with his love, his kindness, his delight and his blessing.  You are either a man or woman of God because of the grace in Jesus the Christ.  You are no longer powerless, you are no longer ungodly.  In fact you are now the demonstration of the blessing of God to your family, your friends and your neighbors. It is the right time to enjoy!

He has showed you, O man, what is good.  And what does the LORD require of you?  To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.  Micah 6:8

Sometimes through our journey in this life we find ourselves thinking life is much more complicated than it was intended to be.  Let’s just suppose the grace of God in Jesus the Christ is real and is not that complicated.  Here in his grace there is no condemnation of any kind, no bitterness of any kind, no resentment of any kind and no mistrust of any kind.  Act justly, love mercy and walk humbly. His grace gives a beautiful voice to mercy and faith so we may begin to live life in a freedom that can be called joyful.  So on this new day that has been given to you as a gift, relax in the beauty of his grace and mercy.  Let your thinking and emotions enjoy your life in him without fear or anxiety.  There is a natural fragrance that will be yours in the grace and mercy of our Lord, it is called thanksgiving.  Everyone around you will be blessed because you are now the expression of his grace and mercy.  Enjoy!
