We wait in hope for the LORD; he is our help and our shield.  In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name.  May your unfailing love rest upon us, O LORD, even as we put our hope in you. Psalm 33:20 - 23 NIV

 

When we were children, at least for most of us, our parents protected us, provided for us and cared for us.  It was here we learned the beginnings of trust, hope and love.  No matter how rich or poor we were, we never thought about it, we just relaxed through the day and when we went home from school or play we knew that food, shelter and love would be there.  Somewhere along the journey we learned about emotions and attitudes of stress, anxiety and peer pressure, none of which we enjoy.  When we let ourselves be overwhelmed by grace, worry leaves the room as well as attitudes of stress, anxiety and ever peer pressure, all of which are less than outstanding.  Grace does much more than save us for heaven, it sets our heart and mind free to experience and enjoy the life of God. In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. On this new day that has never been, may you enjoy living right smack dab in the middle of his grace.  You will enjoy the relaxing freedom of his presence; know the whisper of his voice and the joy of his salvation that calls you son or daughter.  A smile will become natural as well as praise and thanksgiving.  Your emotions and thoughts will be refreshed and you will clearly know what it means to be delighted in the Lord.  Even as we put our hope in you! Enjoy!

Imitate God, therefore in everything you do because you are his dear children.  Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity or greed among you.  Such sins have no place among God's people. Obscene stories, foolish talk, and course jokes - these are not for you.  Instead, let there be thankfulness to God.  Ephesians 5:1,3,4 NLT

 

What is commonly called salvation in Jesus the Christ is the freedom that his grace gives to our character. Imitate God, therefore in everything you do.  Let there be no, If the things listed here in God’s Word were so outstanding, we would have stayed in them and rejected the beauty of his grace.  Here we can experience the refreshing nature of grace as it renews our values, our thinking, our emotions and our attitudes towards God, family, friends and co-workers.  On this new day may you celebrate the freedom you have in his grace to live in the joy of thanksgiving. Think of this, because of His grace in Jesus Christ we are now free in our nature and thinking to Imitate God, because in grace you can, Let there be thankfulness to God.  Here, you and everyone around you will experience a delight in relationships with the Lord and each other, this is a natural result of his grace in our lives.  As you live and imitate the character of God in the freedom of his grace, no one around you will be irritated.  Transparency, kindness, grace, joy and integrity will just be who you are. WOW FOR GRACE!!!  Enjoy!

God saved you by his grace through faith.  And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.  Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.  Ephesians 2:8, 9 NLT

 

Whatever may be true about sin and whatever has happened to all of us because of it, God has done infinitely greater by his grace through faith in Jesus Christ. God saved you by his grace through faith.  Where sin increased with all its forms of regret, shame and guilt, right there grace overwhelmed us with life and freedom.  Grace is the expression of God’s love given to us all in Jesus the Christ. The only way grace could come was by the eternal Word taking on the form of man.  It is only grace that could make sin yield in our lives.  The effect of faith upon our life is grace and therefore faith becomes the first result of the new life bestowed.  Here the healing from all our condemnation, all out regret begins.  This really is a gift worth opening; it will renew our life forever.  Today is a good day to experience the gift of grace that has been given to you.  Here your heartaches have a place to be made whole; regrets from your past will no longer be the ruin of the day.  Remember, Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done.  You can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. God saved you by his grace through faith.  You might just find yourself filled with joy right down to the depth of your soul.  God’s gift of grace is yours now and forever in Jesus the Christ, it’s His promise, Believe Him.  Enjoy!

Do not let sin control the way you live; do not give in to sinful desires.  Do not let any part of your body become an instrument of evil to serve sin.  Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law.  Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace.  

Romans 6:12-14 NLT

 

The cause of actual freedom is called God’s grace. Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law.  Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace.  Constantly trying to do right was never the condition for our freedom.  God never saved us by law or some kind of works.  What the requirements of the law had to do with our salvation was to provide the way for sin to express itself so that we might see our actual nature and receive God’s grace through Jesus the Christ.  God never withholds grace because of sin; in fact grace is the infinite flow of God’s perfect love for us.  Today celebrate the freedom of God’s grace in your desires and your emotions. Do not let sin control the way you live; do not give in to sinful desires. Do not let any part of your body become an instrument of evil to serve sin.  Grace has provided the freedom for all wounds to be healed so that you may enjoy the beauty of who you are through Jesus Christ.  Rejoicing, peace and encouragement are yours know and forever when you live in the freedom of God’s grace. God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.  

2 Corinthians 9:8 NIV

 

There is something absolutely enjoyable when we are experiencing a life of grace. God is able to make all grace abound to you. That means we can live our lives litterally overwhelmed by grace. We live relaxed, refreshed and renewed so that good works (kindness, patience, gentlness, love and joy) are expressions of who we are because of God’s grace in Jesus Christ in us. So that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. Wow!  Talk about being renewed, how about actually living in a place, no matter where we are found, where life is expressed without condemnation or accusations of any kind.  Grace puts a smile in what we say and in what we do and in how we feel. So, do you want it?  Then believe what God has said.  On this day may you experience this - God is able to make all grace abound in you.  What you find to do today may just look like grace in you abounding in every good work in and through you.  I pray the tones in your voice and the expressions from your face will cause others to feel blessed, valued and loved. God’s grace just makes a good day. If you want it, its Yours! Enjoy!

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things.  

Philippians 4:8 NIV

 

What we think about most really does determine how we see our life and how we feel about it.  Someone once said – It isn’t what you have, or what you are, or where you are, or what you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy.  It is what you think about.”  God’s grace not only saves, rebirths and makes us a new creation, but it gives us life so that we may have the freedom to process our moments in ways that will refresh and renew our lives as well as those around us.  Whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellengt or praiseworthy - think about such things. Grace takes the Word of God and lives it in real time, in and through the details of our journey.  Have this attitude in yourselcves which was also in Christ Jesus.  Philippians 2:5 NASB  On this new day that has never been before, let the grace of the Word of God live in and through you.  Your emotions, your intellect and your future will be overwhelmed in all the right ways and you will know and enjoy it as grace. This is a wonderful way to start the day! Enjoy!

The LORD doesn't see thngs the way you see them. People judge by outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.

One of the beautiful things along our journey through life is when we feel something with all the emotion of our heart.  This is not an academic statement, it is something that touches the very fiber of our being.  The beauty of God's grace is that it takes our belief in the Lord Jesus the Christ from believing into a relationship of knowing the LORD that touches the very soul of who we are.  Grace impacts our heart like nothing else can (the LORD looks at the heart) and in this place our desires and emotions become free to express and receive  love, kindness and encouragement without the feeling of any embarrassment.  Here our marriage, our children and our relationships are refreshed in ways that cause us to praise and give thanks to our Lord.  On this new day that has been given to you as a gift from the Lord, may you enjoy this freedom of his grace.  May your heart be refreshed and encouraged because the LORD sees your heart and may he then give to you the desires of your heart because you delight yourself in Him. Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart. All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.  God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort.  He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others.  When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.

2 Corinthians 1:3, 4 NLT

 

Sometimes in the journey of our life things happen that cause our thinking and our emotions a lot of pain.  When this happens it seems so natural for stress, anxiety and sadness to begin to take over our thinking, our feelings and even our sleep.  This natural stress and sadness never seems to bless us or change our circumstances.  But God comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others.  It is through his grace that he reveals his love, encouragement  and comfort to us in some of the most difficult times.  His comfort (grace) begins to renew our thinking and our emotions which brings a sense of peace in difficult times.  On this new day let His grace (comfort) through faith have its beautiful way with the details of your life.  Comfort is yours and when enjoyed, allows you the joy of blessing others where ever you find them.  Your life will be the visible actions of his encouragement, his kindness and his comfort and all this will bless your socks off. You will find yourself praising God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! Enjoy!

You saw me before i was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered!  Psalm 139:16,17 NLT

 

One of the great blessings and freedom of God's grace is that it gives us the ability to relax and rejoice all at the same time. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God! Living overwhelmed by his grace gives us better hearing, of what is really around us and much better vision as to the situations we are walking through.  Grace changes are values and choices which automatically impact our attitude for the day we find ourselves in.  Living in a grace condition removes fears, anxiety and much of our mis-trust about others.  It gives the freedom to know that our Lord is involved in the smallest details of our journey and therefore we do not need to be anxious or irritated so easily and we can enjoy encouraging others along their journey as we have been encouraged by our Lord.  Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. On this new day let his grace be precious to you and enjoy his attitude of kindness as it will be expressed through you.  You will be pleased at the way you process info and so will those around you.  This is a good day to smile, emotionally and physically! Give thanks to the one who has overwhelmed you with his kindness, with his grace, with his peace and enjoy his thoughts about you, bringing praise and refreshment through you. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God! They cannot be numbered! Enjoy!

I will sing to the LORD as long as I live.  I will praise my God to my last breath! May all my thoughts be pleasing to him, for I rejoice in the LORD.  Let all that I am praise the LORD.  Psalm 104:33 - 35 NLT

 

Something happens to us when the Lord is not just a thought or some kind of belief system within us.  When his grace touches our lives we begin a relational journey with him that impacts our goals, our desires, our thinking and our emotions. His grace brings our soul to life just as yeast would impact dough. Once the yeast has been put into the dough, the dough will never be the same. I will sing to the LORD as long as I live. I will praise my God to my last breath! This is a beautiful defintion of the transformtion of grace in our lives!  Grace begins the journey of enjoying the Lord and its by-products impact our family, our friends, our church and our community. Grace changes our focus and gives us the freedom of giving encouragement, blessings and praise because that's what it is and does. May all my thoughts be pleasing to him.  In this place there is no irritations and no thoughts of condemnation, now how cool is that!!!  On this new day may you allow his grace to express his life  in and through your actions, your words, your goals, your emortions and your money. Your enjoyment of the Lord will bring praise and rejoicing to him and be of a great delight to you and those who know you best. Let all that I am praise the LORD!  So go ahead and express yourself in the magnifiance of his grace. I hear about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints.  I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith, so that you will have full understanding of every good thing we have in Christ. 

Philemon 5, 6 NIV

 

One of the magnificent wonders of God’s grace is his giving of a living faith.  It is not a belief system or set of do's and dont's by which we judge ourselves as well as others.  But a faith that lives in us so that we are sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see Hebrews 11:1 NIV.  It can be recognized as a love for people.  This faith is very real, in fact it is called – Your Faith. Let’s face it, most people know us by what is ours.  So, if faith in Jesus the Christ is actually yours, the Word of God says – “I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith.”  Faith that is active is filled with praise, thanksgiving, love and joy, it is very refreshing to everyone around.  This activity opens the door so that you may begin to understand every good thing you have in Jesus Christ.  Today, relax and let your living faith express itself so naturally that you and everyone else will be refreshed in the midst of your journey.  This is a good day for joy in sharing your faith in Jesus Christ.  Enjoy!

If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened; but God has surely listened and heard my voice in prayer.  Praise be to God , who has not rejected my prayer or witheld his love from me.  

Psalm 66:18-20 NIV

 

Grace is God’s gift to us so that sin no longer has the authority over our emotions, our intellect or our relationships.  Sin in all its forms brings about a condemnation. a guilt and feelings of shame concerning ourselves and others, therefore our prayers, our desires and our goals in that condition are not listened to by our Lord.  In the beauty of grace I will not cherished sin in my heart,  grace brings life that is the freedom to live without fear, without bitterness, without unforgiveness, without regret towards ourselves and those around us. But God has surely listened and heard my voice in prayer. This freedom releases the fragrance of grace so that we, as well as those who know us, experience the wonderful sensations of joy, encouragement and all kinds of blessings.  Today may all the freedoms of his grace bring to you the joy of praise, the joy of thanksgiving and even the joy of delighting.  Let his grace in Jesus Christ overwhelm you in how you see yourself and it will naturally flow through you to everyone around you.  This is a very good new day; our Lord loves the sound of your voice. Enjoy!

My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge.  Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to him for God is our refuge. Psalm 62:7, 8 NIV

 

Many times along our journey we will have situations arise that are less than outstanding, in fact they are downright difficult.  We wonder what others are thinking about us or if only we had made a better decision or maybe if we only had the freedom of more money we could finally sense some personal satisfaction.  Well, God’s grace found through Jesus the Christ is much more powerful, much more refreshing and much more renewing than anything else.  My salvation and my honor depend on God. Think of what was just said! That is the impact of God's grace in our lives. Here faith is not a belief system, it is a confidence in God that releases confidence, thanksgiving and praise right in the middle of life’s storms.  Today has been given to you, may you know for sure that your salvation, your honor and your freedom are secure in the grace of Christ.  A refuge is a place of blessing and your refuge is not in a location, it is in the very life of God through Jesus Christ!  Pour out your heart to him and get ready to rejoice.  Enjoy!

Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him, praise his name. Psalm 100:4 NIV

 

Our natural nature is birthed in feelings of condemnation concerning others and ourselves.  In that condition we can find ourselves easily annoyed, irritated, criticized and at times embarrassed.  When living like that, giving thanksgiving and praise is something to do and it feels like it is just one more task along our journey.  Grace changes the entire situation.  It puts God's love right into the center of our lives and changes our thinking, emotions and values.  In grace praising his name is not one more thing to do, it is who we are.  Living our journey in thanksgiving and praise to our Lord lets us encourage, bless, be considerate and esteem others as more important than ourselves.  Today, may you absolutely enjoy his grace that has set you free from the condemnation of your old nature.  Go ahead and enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; his grace will renew your emotions and let thanksgiving and rejoicing be your gift to those who come into contact with you today.  Enjoy!

If you, O LORD, kept a record of sins, O LORD, who could stand?  But with you there is forgivenessPsalm 130:3,4 NIV

 

Sometimes in our life, we become record keepers of others sins and even our own sins.  In this condition forgiveness is hard to ask for and even harder to give.  Our emotions seemed to be overwhelmed with all the wrong memories. Yet the One who has the right to keep good records doesn’t because of His Grace. If you, O LORD, kept a record of sins, O LORD, who could stand? Grace in Jesus the Christ removes the record of our sins by giving to us the love of God without any condemnation about ourselves or others.  In grace there is a life that refreshes us right down to the depth of our soulBut with you there is forgiveness.  Today be willing to enjoy this life of forgiveness that is yours through the grace found in Jesus the Christ.  Let all who come in contact with you feel the freedom of your joy in His grace.  God fully intended that his grace would overwhelm you in all the right ways and joy, kindness along with all kinds of encouragement will be the results of grace in you.  That is just what grace does in a man or a woman who is willing to receive it.  Enjoy!

You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.  For God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.  Romans 5:6,8 NIV

 

Sometimes there just seems to be so many emotional storms through life.  If I was just a little older, if I was just a little younger, if I was just a little thinner, if I just was a little heavier, if I just was married, if I just felt important, if I just had a little more money. These are moments where condemnation and what we know as peer pressure arise and many times begin to direct the course of our thinking and emotions in ways that are less than stellar.  But in the midst of all the details of our lives God demonstrates his love (grace) for us, (When we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly, While we were still sinners, Christ died for us,) right where we are, usually not right where we want to be.  If in your life you have ever felt powerless, ungodly or what can be known as a sinner, know in this place Jesus the Christ gives you his grace, which is his love without any condemnation of any kind. It is here that you begin new, a rebirth into a life that is full of joy and thanksgiving. May your new day be filled with his love, his kindness, his delight and his blessing.  You are either a man or woman of God because of the grace in Jesus the Christ.  You are no longer powerless, you are no longer ungodly, you are no longer a sinner!  In fact you are now the demonstration of the blessing of God to your family, your friends and your neighbors. It is the right day to enjoy!

He has showed you, O man, what is good.  And what does the LORD require of you?  To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.  Micah 6:8 NIV

 

Sometimes through our journey in this life we find ourselves thinking life is much more complicated than it was intended to be.  Let’s just suppose the grace of God in Jesus the Christ is real and is not complicated.  He has showed you, O man, what is good.  Here in his grace there is no condemnation of any kind, no bitterness of any kind, no resentment of any kind and no mistrust of any kind. It is a total freedom to Act justly, love mercy and walk humbly. His grace gives a beautiful voice to mercy and faith so we may begin to live life in a freedom that can be called joyful.  So on this new day that has been given to you as a gift, relax in the beauty of his grace and mercy.  Let your thinking and emotions enjoy your life in him without fear or anxiety.  There is a natural fragrance that will be yours in the grace and mercy of our Lord, it is called thanksgiving.  Everyone around you will be blessed because you are now the expression of his grace and mercy.  Enjoy!

So I decided there is nothing better than to enjoy food and drink and to find satisfaction in work.  Then I realized that these pleasures are from the hand of God.  For who can eat and enjoy anything apart from him? 

Ecclesiastes 2:24, 25 NIV

 

He gives us taste buds to enjoy and delight in eating and drinking.  He gives us vision and hearing to enjoy and delight in his creation.  He gives us his grace so that we may enjoy and delight in a relationship with him through the grace of Jesus the Christ!  What happens in the noise and busyness of our time is that we have a tendency to forget that his grace is relational, renewing and refreshing.  In those moments we forget who he is and who we are in him. Then I realized that these pleasures are from the hand of God. On this new day may you find yourself choosing to enjoy what is around you with a heart of thanksgiving to the Lord.  For who can eat and enjoy anything apart from him? Go ahead and bless everyone that you come in contact with and your life will be a beautiful fragrance that brings delights to those around you.  Enjoy!
