Praise the LORD, O my soul and forget not all his benefits - who forgives all your sins, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion. Psalm 103:2-4 NIV
Sometimes during the hurriedness of our days we forget the magnificence of all the benefits of God’s grace that have been given to us. Praise the LORD, O my soul and forget not all his benefits. If we forget all His benefits, graciousness usually leaves our emotions and in comes a less than stellar attitude to replace it, (sadness, feelings of hopelessness and even despair). Think of the rejoicing we can have over our ability just to see, to hear and to feel His benefits!!! God’s grace has been given in Jesus the Christ so that we may receive forgiveness, be redeemded and crown us with love and compassion. Think of this, that because of his grace there is now no condemnation for those in Jesus Christ and nothing will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.(Romans 8:1, 39 NIV). Living with a heart and attitude of love and compassion could refresh all our relationships and change the direction of our home, our community, our churches and our nation. Today delight in his grace for all that you are, all that you have and all that has been forgiven. Then feel free to do to others what he has done for you. Enjoy! Thursday, October 30 2025
From his abundance we have all received one gracious blessing after another. For the law was given through Moses, but God’s unfailing love and faithfulness came through Jesus Christ. John 1:16, 17 NLT
In all the busyness of life may we all remember that God’s unfailing love and faithfulness came through Jesus the Christ. Even the thought of being loved gives emotions of being valued and in some sense importance. Yet even here our sin nature brings heartache, complaining and at times a desire for something else. We see it all through our daily life, with anger, immorality, divorce and unpleasant words of all kinds. Living in God’s grace changes all things, for it is God’s unfailing love that is given through Jesus Christ. When we receive His love through his grace, a new nature begins within us and it is called eternal. Today celebrate, give thanks for his unfailing love and faithfulness for you. Allow yourself to be a gracious blessing to others. In fact, his grace will give you emotions of joy, kindness and encouragement for yourself, which will naturally affect others in a very good way. Enjoy! Wednesday, October 29 2025
But - "When God our Savior revealed his kindness and love, he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit. He generously poured out his Spirit upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior." Titus 3:4 - 6
When God our Savior revealed his kindness and love, he saved us, which resulted in – He washed away our sins. Think of his mercy that is revealed here with words such as - his kindness, his love, he washed away our sins, he gave us a new birth and a new life, he generously poured out his Spirit upon us, WOW! Does that not sound like a brand new restart? Today rejoice in living in the new life of his love, kindness and mercy. Grace comes as a gift, with hope and joy which are always renewing. This day is a good day for expressions of thanksgiving and praise, so let it happen through your life and mouth. By your example, everyone around you will experience the power of his grace and mercy that brings about a new life. His kindness and love are yours forever. Enjoy! Tuesday, October 28 2025
But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. Romans 5:8 NLT
Sometimes we discover that those we would hope could find their greatest joy in who we are and what we are trying to do, have emotions and actions towards us that have nothing to do with what we might hope is love. But even in emotional disappointment God’s grace may overwhelm us. You see that we were once in a condition where we did not care about him (God) yet he showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. For his love is given through his grace, it is given without ridicule, embarrassment or shame. The Lord's unfailing love surrounds the man who trusts in him. Psalm 32:10 NIV Today enjoy being his kindness, his passion and his joy to your family, your friends and anyone you meet along the way. You may be the visible and emotional expression of the grace and love of God. So go ahead and enjoy who you are because of his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. Enjoy! Monday, October 27 2025
This is what the LORD says - your Redeemer, who formed you in the womb: I am the LORD who has made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth by myself. Isaiah 44:24 NIV
Sometimes things happen in our lives that in reality, flat out overwhelm us. It may be choices we have made that we wish we would have never made. While in this condition grace can awaken our hearts to what the LORD says. This is what the LORD says – your Redeemer, who formed you in the womb. Grace brings the meaning of your Redeemer to life which changes what we love and therefore our choices become, shall we say, a lot more enjoyable. Today enjoy the power of his grace in your life. Grace will let you celebrate your life and experience the blessing of being renewed in the love of your Redeemer. There is nothing in your past that he cannot transform for his glory and your blessing. He who has made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth by himself, he can make out of nothing something so breath taking in your life that you will not be able to contain it, in and through Jesus the Christ!!! People around you will experience the beauty and newness of his life through you on this day. Enjoy! Friday, October 24 2025
Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a loyal spirit within me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and make me willing to obey you. Psalm 51:10, 12 NLT
Have you ever been in a place in your life where you wish you could start over? One of the first results of God's grace being received is the desire for a new nature, in which only the Lord can provide. Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a loyal spirit with me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and make me willing to obey you. For God's grace does not just forgive our sins it begins the creation on a new nature that has its foundation in the grace and joy of God’s salvation in Jesus the Christ!!! This is not being religious at all, for God’s grace renews our thinking and emotions with the result of a life without guilt, shame or regret, which has become a new creation. God made him (Jesus the Christ) who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. 2 Corinthians 5:21 NIV. Today allow yourself the freedom of his grace to create a clean heart within you, with expressions of thanksgiving and joy!!! Because of his grace may your heart desire to say – restore to me the joy of yor salvation, and make me willing to obey you! Enjoy! Thursday, October 23 2025
The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right had of the Majesty in heaven. Hebrews 1:3 NIV
Our sin nature is always in a wrestling match in what God says is the truth. What is amazing about the grace of God is that it changes us from wrestling with the truth to knowing and living in the truth. The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being. Grace brings about a joy in the depth of our soul which produces a heart of thanksgiving to God that is absolutely overwhelming. Grace lets you know who Jesus the Christ is and then experience the impact of him providing purification for our sins. God's glory of Grace is magnificent. For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. Romans 8:29 NLT Today may his grace give you the desire to celebrate this verse as the truth that set you free and made you a new creation in Jesus the Christ!!! Enjoy! Wednesday, October 22 2025
Even children are known by the way they act, whether their conduct is pure, and whether it is right. Proverbs 20:11 NLT What we call character is what either builds or destroys relationships. Character is more than just a family name; it is the foundation for building life in a family, a neighborhood, a church, a community, or a nation. For some it can be about themselves first, how they feel, what they want or how they see things. In this place no one is really happy and wounded emotions can take individuals down roads of adultery, divorce, drunkenness, and survival modes of every kind. Here families are wounded and broken, businesses fail, churches split and communities are in disarray. God’s grace given in Jesus Christ is much more than saving someone so that they may go to heaven someday. Grace brings a new character which is called freedom in righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, Romans 14:17 NIV Grace has no jealousy, no bitterness, no regret and no unforgiveness. It is described as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control in Galatians 5:22, 23 NLT. Today let yourself enjoy the life given to you through Jesus the Christ. His character is now yours, right now in the place where you find yourself. Your freedom is at hand, his blessing is now yours and you can be the blessing of God to your family, your business, your neighborhood, your church and your community. Today is a good day to live in the salvation of your character. Enjoy! Tuesday, October 21 2025
O LORD, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know what I am going to say even before I say it, LORD. Psalm 139:1-4 NLT
In our culture many find that their thought of God is less than awesome or magnificent. Although the creation is here and quite visible they cannot believe in the God who created it all. They come to their own conclusion that the creation created itself. Yet in Romans 1:20 - For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities – his eternal power and divine nature have been clearly seen. Yet in the midst of all this the power of God’s grace in Jesus Christ can begin the creation of a new heart and mind to any man or woman who will believe and accept Him. O LORD, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. In grace we may feel blessed in knowing the Lord is aware of everything going on in our lives. Today rejoice in your thoughts about what the Lord knows about you and allow yourself to rest, knowing he is in all the details of your life. You will experience the thoughts and emotions of his grace, all of which come with no stress or regret. Enjoy! Monday, October 20 2025
But the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always sincere. James 3:17 NLT
What is described here is the attitude that grace brings to a man or woman who has actually received God’s gift of grace. This gives some definition to Philippians 2:5 NIV Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus. When God’s grace touches the human soul, thinking begins to become transformed. The wisdom from above is first of all pure. That means – unadulterated, uncontaminated, clean and wholesome. With that in place there is no condemnation towards yourself or others, tension leaves the room. Now that is a new creation in Jesus the Christ. The emotions that follow the wisdom from above – peace loving, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy, good deeds, shows no favoritism and is always sincere. This is a glimpse into the wisdom of what is called eternal life and what it is to look like right where we live, it is gentle grace!!! Today, If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. James 1:5 NIV. Enjoy! Friday, October 17 2025
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3:16 NIV
Isn’t it amazing that God describes his Scripture, his Word as his breath. Remember the impact of his breath on Adam? God breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living being. Genesis 2:7. When the grace of God in Jesus the Christ penetrates the heart of a man or woman, then the Scriptures change from just words into his Breath. His breath is meant to become our breath and we become a new creation without any condemnation in Jesus Christ. Only then can we receive teaching, rebuking, correction and training in righteousness from his breath. For without his grace we remain dead in our transgressions and consumed in our condemnation. Righteousness is deliverance from our guilt and from the power of our own sin. This is the blessing of God’s Grace in his breath - God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. 2 Corinthians 5:21 NIV. Learning to live overwhelmed by His grace brings the benefit of his breath in teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness to the very fiber of our being. Let His Breath become your breath and you will have no regret! Enjoy! Thursday, October 16 2025
For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don't use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. Galatians 5:13 NLT
Freedom is wonderful and our nation talks about it a lot. But don't use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Question - where is the freedom in sexual immorality; where is the freedom in cursing or harsh words; where is the freedom in un-forgiveness; where is the freedom in anger; where is the freedom in drunkenness; where is the freedom in divorce; where is the freedom in a critical attitude; where is the freedom in stress? In these things there is no love and there is surely no freedom. Well, it is while in this condition that we may experience the amazing grace of God that is in Jesus the Christ. Through God’s grace we are given a life that encourages, blesses and finds expressions of kindness, goodness and faithfulness. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. Today may you actually experience the freedom of his grace in how you feel and think. No one will be upset because of your expressions of kindness and love for them. Your family, your work and your community will never be the same when you live in the freedom of his grace. Do not use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Enjoy! Wednesday, October 15 2025
Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before God made anything at all and is supreme over all creation. For God in all his fulness was pleased to live in Christ, and through him God reconciled everything to himself. This includes you who were once far away from God. Colossians 1:15, 19, 20, 21 NLT
In the word of God “Christ is the visible image of the invisible God” which means what God promised he has brought to pass in his son. The good news is that God loves us and has demonstrated it visibly through Jesus the Christ. In this news we have been given life and health for our journey with our family, our friends and those we work with. We can see that the nature of the gospel is to bring about the character of God in our lives and this is accomplished through his grace. The life of his grace lets those around us see the beauty of the nature of God through our lives. To know Jesus Christ by His grace changes everything. Today let yourself enjoy the life of grace in how you see your opportunities. Be willing to let your decisions and goals be visible expressions of the results of his grace in your life. May your family and friends be blessed with the attitudes of Christ through you. Enjoy! Tuesday, October 14 2025
Imitate God, therefore in everything you do because you are his dear children. Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity or greed among you. Such sins have no place among God’s people. Obscene stories, foolish talk, and course jokes – these are not for you. Instead, let there be thankfulness to God. Ephesians 5:1, 3, 4 NLT
What is commonly known as faith in Jesus the Christ is the life of a new creation that his grace gives to our character. Imitate God, in everything you do because you are his dear children. If sexual immorality, impurity, greed, obscene stories, foolish talk and course jokes were so outstanding, we would have stayed in them and rejected the life of his grace. In Christ we can actually live in a new nature that has no remorse as it transforms our values, our thinking, our emotions and our attitudes towards God, family, friends and co-workers. Today celebrate the nature you have in his grace to live with the emotions of thanksgiving. Here, you and everyone around you will experience a goodness in relationships with the Lord and each other. As you live in his grace, no one around you will be irritated, including you. Kindness and integrity will just be who you are. Enjoy! Monday, October 13 2025
Never let loyalty and kindness leave you! Tie them around your neck as a reminder. Write them deep within your heart. Then you will find favor with both God and people, and you will earn a good reputation. Proverbs 3:3,4 NLT
Being overwhelmed and living by grace allows us a great freedom of thinking, living and esteeming others as more important than ourselves. Loyalty and kindness are two beautiful parts of grace and when they are allowed to live in and to be expressed through our lives our Lord is blessed and people are refreshed and we will earn a good reputation. That being true, we then are filled with joy and goodness. On this new day, that has never been before, may you enjoy these expressions of his grace in you. May your journey have situations for loyalty and kindness to be expressed through you. Relax, smile and get ready to be blessed. Enjoy! Friday, October 10 2025
Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare about the LORD: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him. Psalm 91:1,2 NLT
No matter who we are, no matter what our education, no matter what our wealth and no matter what our nationality is, sometime along our journey through life, death comes to us all. It may be the death of our career, our money, our desires, our marriage, our friends, our family or eventually our lives. But right here is where grace in Jesus Christ can make a difference. Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Grace is God's love being experienced; it brings a new creation to our emotions and our thoughts right in the midst of a heart ache. Death does happen and in fact it will happen, but grace lets us know that it is not the end of the story. Today rejoice in his love, allowing yourself to express words of thanksgiving no matter where you may be found, to the one who has poured out his grace upon you. His grace is your place of rest. “He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him" Enjoy! Thursday, October 09 2025
But King David replied to Araunah, “No, I insist on buying it for the full price. I will not take what is yours and give it to the LORD. I will not present burnt offerings that have cost me nothing! 1 Chronicles 21:24 NLT
When grace has been received through faith we become alive and it will have a great impact on all our relationships. You see that God’s grace changes everything from what we believe about God to how we respond to those around us. But King David replied to Araunah, “No, I insist on buying it for the full price. I will not take what is yours and give it to the LORD. The Lord is not a religion, a set of standards or a belief system, He is life itself. This being true means the sacrifice of Jesus Christ was not something to help us, but it was given so that we are a new creation and have life as he is! Allowing his grace to live and express itself in us, gives us a life even with all its opportunities, the privilege of living with joy, kindness, patience and encouragement. All of which impact our relationships with goodness. Today let the freedom of His grace live in your emotions and thoughts. Those you meet will experience life and honor through you as our Lord intended and you will have the sweet relief of experiencing his grace. Enjoy! Wednesday, October 08 2025
For the sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over many. But even greater is God's wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one man, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:17 NLT
There is a living gift called grace given to us through Jesus the Christ. It is not just some kind of forgiveness, But even greater is God’s wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness. Righteousness will always bring a great contrast between what once we were and what now by the grace of God we have become. For all who receive it will live in triumph over sin. God's righteousness is a life delivered from the guilt and the mastery of our own sin. It is a life with new emotions, new attitudes of encouragement and new actions that bless for all who receive it. Today may everything in your life bring praise and thanksgiving for God’s wonderful grace. Let yourself rejoice in this life in Jesus Christ that is eternal and as you delight in him may you experience triumph over your own sin. Enjoy! Tuesday, October 07 2025
As Jesus and the disciples continued on their way to Jerusalem, they came to a certain village where a woman named Martha welcomed them into her home. Her sister, Mary, sat at the Lord's feet. But Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, "Lord, doesn't it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me. But the Lord said to her, "My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details! There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her." Luke 10:38-42 NLT
Have you ever been described as easily distracted, easily worried and easily upset? Well, God’s grace in Jesus Christ can change all of that. Grace will let you discover a love that expresses itself in delighting in the Lord, it is known as worship. Worship is that one thing that is needed to be discovered for a good and healthy attitude. Without grace we experience the emotions of stress in all its forms. You are worried and upset over all these details! Worshiping the Lord puts all the details of life in proper perspective. Today let his grace live through you and let it be expressed through your attitudes, your thoughts your emotions and your actions. In a life of grace there is no grouchiness or stress, now how refreshing is that!!! Here you will experience his joy in all the minutiae of your life and again that is called grace. Enjoy! Monday, October 06 2025
So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other, just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples. John 13:34, 35 NLT
Our world uses the word love and seems to want to experience it, but struggles in its emotions and thoughts as to what it is or what it really looks like or feels like. It does seem that many of the relationships in the home, the community, our churches and the nation are broken. The grace that has been provided and given by God through Jesus Christ opens the heart to become a new creation, in order to experience and live in God’s love. So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other, just as I have loved you, you should love each other. When we are told that God so loved the world that he sent his one and only son into the world… John 3:16, he goes on to say, God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:17. So God’s love is not condemning,it is always relational and shows itself to people wherever it finds them. His form of love is selfless, sacrifical, and unconditional. It persists no matte what!!!Think what would happen to our society if God’s love became the bases of all marriages and divorces came to an end. Think of the impact on our homes, our communities, our church's and our nation if men and women of God lived this way. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples. Today, may you allow God’s grace to give you power to live this new command: love one another. Every relationship you know will be changed and you will be blessed. Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. Romans 13:10 NIV. Enjoy! Friday, October 03 2025
Work hard so you can present yourself to God and recieve his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 NLT
Well, the life of God’s grace that is offered as a free gift through Jesus the Christ is life without any form of condemnation about who we were or are. So, if we have received this gift of grace, encouragement is given. Work hard so you can present yourself to God and recieve his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed... Grace is a powerful, joyful new life and it is relaxing at the same time. Grace gives a rebirth to our character which obviously is meant to renew our emotions and thinking. Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumsgtances, for this is God's will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 NLT. This is a wonderful example of correctly explaining the “word of truth”. If you will allow yourself to experience God’s grace, it can make life really joyful. Therefore husbands and wives who are full of grace make really good marriages and families. As you begin this day let your thoughts and emotions express rejoicing for his grace. Think of this, he enjoys you and loves you. Take a deep breath and smile right down to the depth of your soul and your life will be the living example of someone who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains(and lives) the word of truth! Enjoy! Thursday, October 02 2025
Let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ's blood to make us clean... Hebrews 10:22 NLT
A guilty conscience is a horrible place to live, with feelings that take us to places we do not want to go. Here again we have in God's Word a wonderful picture of his grace working in and through our lives. We are invited to go right into his presence with our emotions and intellect. Let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. The idea of sincere hearts is the life of grace living within us bringing about a refreshed and renewed conscience. So, we are reminded that we now have no condemnation, guilt or shame because of the blood of Christ. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean. So on this new day, may you enjoy your journey of grace and go right into his presence with a sincere heart fully trusting him. As you do, enjoy the attitude of thanksgiving which will give you emotions that are renewed, refreshed and will give you the desire to rejoice in the LORD. Enjoy! Wednesday, October 01 2025
The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7 NIV
One of the great joys in our life is when we feel something that touches the very heart of our being. The life of God's grace is that it takes a belief in God from the academic into a relationship with him that touches the very soul of who we are. We are a new creation in Christ Jesus. 2 Corinthians 5:17 NIV. Grace through Jesus Christ impacts our heart (our nature) like nothing else can. What is natural to grace is that our emotions become new to express love, kindness and encouragement without the feeling of any awkwardness. Here our marriage, our children, our church"s and our relationships can be refreshed in ways that give us the desire to rejoice in our Lord. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart. Today has been given to you as a gift from the Lord, may you enjoy your life in his grace. Be willing to give God’s grace the freedom to bring rejoicing to your heart and you will find yourself renewed, refreshed and reinvigorated. Enjoy! |
